Heated from 17 October onwards, our private pool is complemented by sun loungers, outdoor dining tables seating 14, an undercover barbecue area, and an evening fire pit.

The central hub features deep linen sofas, an indoor fireplace, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, and a fully equipped chef's kitchen tailored for shared feasts.

The hangout-play and stay zone

A dream sanctuary for younger guests featuring a second TV, Nintendo console, a collection of board games, books, toys, and plush bedding options for easy rest.

Travel light knowing that essential comforts are ready for your arrival. We supply quality cooking basics, wine glasses, fresh bathroom essentials, hair dryers, a high chair, washing machine, clothes dryer, kayak for local beach adventures, and convenient on-site parking for up to 4 vehicles.

All-season climate control

Experience complete comfort whatever the weather across the Mornington Peninsula. Miss Summoner is equipped with central reverse-cycle heating and cooling throughout the entire home, an ambient wood fireplace in the lounge, and ceiling fans in every bedroom to guarantee a restful night's sleep.

House guidelines and care

To preserve our home in pristine condition, we operate strictly as a smoke-free, vape-free, and pet-free sanctuary. No shoes are worn inside (fresh slippers provided), and food, drinks, or makeup are not permitted in bedrooms. Perfumes must be applied solely in bathrooms. Dedicated driveway parking is provided for up to 5 cars on-site and street parking is strictly prohibited.
Please note: the garage is locked and not available to guests.

Designed for a restful night's sleep, our peaceful, coastal-toned bedrooms feature plush linens and ceiling fans, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests (max 8 adults, 6 children):
